Found a security bug in something Safepay runs? Here’s how to tell us without anyone getting in trouble.

Please do not test Safepay systems without written authorization.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you found a security issue in a Safepay-owned system, email support@safepayglobal.com with a clear description, affected URL or system, reproduction steps, and your contact information.

Do not perform harmful activity

Do not access, modify, delete, exfiltrate, or disrupt data or systems. Do not run denial-of-service tests, social engineering, physical attacks, or testing against third-party systems without written authorization.

Good faith review

Safepay will review good faith reports and respond when practical. This page is not permission to perform security testing.
